- Head HR (Based in Delhi Corporate office).
Looing for a livewire, head of HR to streamline and put in place the best in people policies. You will be responsible for managing the motivational aspects of 350 + travel professionals and at the same time find the best talents with the right attitude for customer services focused aviation business.
MBA with specialization in HR (with atleast 5 years of experience in the service industry).
- Marketing Manager (Based in Delhi Corporate office)
You should have the ability to launch new airlines /aviation/travel products in the booming Indian market. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing marketing plans, understanding the target in sync with the ground realities.
Creative genius with good advertising skills, MBA with 2-3 years of experience in direct marketing or advertising
- Sales Manager – Western India (Mumbai), Tamil Nadu (Chennai), Rajasthan(Jaipur), Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow).
You should possess the ability to hard sell the Group’s airline and travel services products. Good key contacts in the travel industry will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills, Salesmanship abilities and a very good man manager with 5-10 years of experience in travel industry.
- Sr. Sales Executives (for all offices)
The candidate would ideally have 2-3 years of sales experience in the travel, hospitality or airline industry. However, candidates who don’t fulfill the work experience criteria but possess exceptional selling skills can also be considered. MBAs preferred
- Customer Care Agents (for all offices)
We look for smart boys and girls with a flair for customer service. You must possess excellent communication skills. A keen listener, good at interacting with people and willing to put that extra effort, when it comes to handling customers, are some key qualities we will be looking for. You should be a computer literate and have a good knowledge of CRS systems.
