The RL Group was set up in 1939 and has emerged as a diversified group of companies. Each business unit is an established name in its area of specialization and can offer comprehensive business advantages to the Group’s clients. Each business unit has its own team of committed and experienced personnel.
The Group is involved in the spheres of Aviation Management, Retail, International Trading, Trade Representation and Entertainment. With its core activity being Aviation Management.
We pioneered the concept of the General Sales Agent or GSA in India when we represented the Lebanese International Airline in 1967. With that modest beginning, we went on to many more achievements and currently, we are the GSA for 8 international airlines.
With our collective experience that is many decades long, we take pride in creating innovative methods of promoting the various airline products in the booming Indian market. We have been acknowledged to be experts in launching new airline products in India. We have achieved remarkable success in the best positioning of each airline product.
We are committed to staying in tune with the times and staying ahead of the competition. Our commitment to service runs as deep as our Indian heritage and its tradition of warm hospitality.
At the same time, we have always adopted the most sophisticated tools and techniques, especially those born out the information revolution, to keep our efficiency and response levels at the highest. We have thus succeeded in developing an enviably strong brand equity for the Group.

We celebrate our Annual Day on 17th August every year, when we honour all our team members who have completed 25 years.
