With strong financial insight and business acumen he continues creating value and fostering trusted relationships that have contributed to the continued success of the Group’s airline portfolio.

Raman Mohan

Executive Vice President

Raman brings over 30 years of experience across Marketing and Corporate Affairs with expertise spanning Aviation, Travel Technology, Media, and Hospitality.
He has worked with leading brands - Amadeus, Kuoni, Air Sahara and Emirates Holidays.


As a Marketing Consultant, he has also partnered with renowned brands such as Six Senses Resorts, Jumeirah Hotels, and Lonely Planet. At RL Group he contributes to driving internal processes and the Group’s growth initiatives.

Anil K. Sethi

Vice President

Anil brings over four decades of leadership experience in the aviation industry with an extensive background across airline representation and strategic business development.
During his career he has worked with organizations representing leading global airlines including Pan Am, Delta Air Lines, Air France, Air China, and SriLankan Airlines, among others.


At RL Group, Anil leads Business Development with a focus on growing the airline representation and travel related portfolio.
